Event Details

"Courage and Conversation: Inner Necessities of Leadership" Every action in the outer world has a place inside the imagination or the intelligence from which it begins. Our ability to live and thrive in a complex, changing world, be it as leaders, consultants, coaches, teachers or in more personal roles, depends on how well we build the bridge between what is occurring within us and the actions we must take outside of ourselves. In this workshop David will explore with us The Inner Necessities of Leadership: those internal faculties and abilities that are the foundations for all the outward actions we take in positions of responsibility. These include: >Relationship with time >Time’s relationship with stress >Finding radical simplicity amongst besieging complexity >Intuition >Courage >Self-Knowledge >Becoming Visible in the World >Balance/Fully Engaging >Self-Compassion & Imagination >Reframing Vulnerability as a faculty for understanding larger patterns rather than a weakness. The schedule: 8:30 – 9:30 Registration & continental breakfast 9:30 – 11:30 Session I 11:30 – 12:30 Lunch 12:30 – 2:00 Session II Registration will be limited to 50 people, thereby allowing for much greater interaction with David and with other attendees. The fee is $375, including a continental breakfast and a gourmet lunch. For more information: e-mail: info@creativeconversations.org or call: 410-757-8896 Jay Stearns @ Creative Conversations, Inc.
